At Back to the Office, we want to ensure your workspace setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
